Custom duties and all associated taxes and costs are exclusively at Customers’ charge. These charges will have to be paid by the Customer to the shipping company (Fedex) or the local customs authority upon arrival/receipt of the goods.

Shipping in Hong Kong:

If you are located in Hong Kong, you will enjoy our free shipping policy on all orders above USD 35.00.

All orders will be sent using SF Express “Self Pick-Up and Drop Off” service.

You will receive SMS or phone notification from S.F. Express once the parcel is delivered to the service point (Boxz Self Pick Elocker exclusive).

Then you will be able to pick up the parcels at S.F. Stores or Service Centers upon verifying your receiver's information.

Notes:

Receiver has to pick up the parcels at specified location within 3 days after receiving the SMS notification. Customer please call our Customer Service Hotline (852) 2730 0273 (Hong Kong) or (853) 2873 7373 (Macau) to rearrange pickup for overdue parcels.
