Our objective is to process and ship your orders the same business day (9:30 am - 6:00 pm, Mon-Fri excludes public holidays in Hong Kong) - for orders received before 2 PM EST. Other orders will ship in the next or T+2 business day (except during peak, stocktake & promotion periods).

IMPORTANT: Hongkong Post announced that airmail postal services (including Speedpost service) to certain countries are suspended owing to substantial reduction in flight frequencies by airlines, which has resulted in a nearly complete inability to provide any air traffic capacity to cope with the posting volume, please visit here to check the availabilities of your country.
Please note that free shipping is currently suspended for countries Hongkong Post could not provide airmail services.

Shipping in Hong Kong & Macau:
If you are located in Hong Kong, you will enjoy our free shipping policy on all orders above USD89.99.
If you are located in Macau, you can either choose Hong Kong Post or SF Express for delivery and you will enjoy our free shipping policy on all orders above USD70.
All orders will be sent using SF Express “Self Pick-Up and Drop Off” service.
