What is your weekly workout schedule?

“I train 7 days a week. I train cardio/HIIT 4 days a week, boxing 2x per week, and strength/conditioning 6 days per week - 3 lower body focused days, 2 upper body days, and 1 full body day. Sundays are my active recovery days where I focus more on stretching and animal flow workouts.” 

What is your favorite Venum clothing and gear for HIIT/cardio?

“My favorite Venum range for HIIT workouts is the Venum Essentials range (all black leggings/bra), with Venum resistance bands and battle ropes. I love the Venum Essentials range because it fits like a glove, is lightweight, and stays put when I do all of my explosive HIIT workouts. The resistance bands are perfect for my warm-ups and are super durable. The battle ropes are amazing quality and I love using them for my strength/conditioning.”

What is your favorite Venum clothing for boxing?

“My favorite Venum ranges for boxing are Phantom, Razor, & UFC. These fits are all so sexy, bold and comfortable. They make me feel confident and powerful/badass when I’m boxing and they stay in place.”

 

What is your sizing for Venum apparel?

“My typical sizing is xs on bottom, xs/small for tops depending on style, 12oz gloves. I’m 5’4”, weighing 110lbs.”
