If you want a hoodie that is less fitted, go for a larger size.
As with any garment with a close-fitting cut, do not forget to take your body shape into account.

Between two sizes?

If you are between two sizes, favor the chest measurement as a reference point.

If your measurement corresponds to the upper range value of the size, choose the larger size for an optimal comfort, or the recommended size for a fitted cut.

If your chest size is 95cm - 37.4 inches, the recommended size is XS
